134 Tribunal may determine charges payable (1) On application to the Tribunal by the operator or resident under a caravan park agreement, the Tribunal may make a determination in relation to a separate charge payable by the resident. (2) For subsection (1), the Tribunal may order: (a) an amount be paid by the operator to the resident; or (b) an amount previously paid by the resident to the operator to be refunded to the resident by the operator.
