130 Claims on behalf of co-residents (1) A resident who is authorised in writing to do so by another resident under the same caravan park agreement (a co-resident) may claim the co-resident's proportion of the security deposit on that co-resident's behalf. (2) An operator must return to a resident authorised by a co-resident under subsection (1) the proportion of the security deposit the co-resident is entitled to have returned to him or her.
