126 Condition report conclusive evidence of condition of agreement property at termination of occupancy If a condition report is accepted or is taken to have been accepted under this Division by the operator and resident, the condition report is (to the extent it relates to the end of the occupancy) conclusive evidence of the following unless the Tribunal determines otherwise in a particular case: (a) the condition of the agreement property; (b) the condition of any agreement property mentioned in the condition report at the termination of the occupancy.
