120 Tribunal may make order for possession (1) If an occupancy is terminated by a notice of termination, the operator may apply to the Tribunal for an order for possession of (2) If the Tribunal is satisfied the occupancy is terminated, the Tribunal may make an order for possession of the agreement property. (3) The order for possession has effect on a date specified in the order (at least 5 business days after the date of the order), unless the operation of the order is suspended under section 121.
