11 Operator to tell person if agreement is excluded agreement (1) This section applies if a person intends to enter into an agreement to occupy a caravan and caravan site, or a caravan site, in a caravan park and the agreement is not a caravan park agreement but an excluded agreement.

Caravan Parks Act 2012 9 (2) Before entering into an excluded agreement, the operator must give notice (either in writing or orally) to the person that Parts 2 to 15 do not apply to the agreement and it is not a caravan park agreement for this Act. Maximum penalty: 10 penalty units. (5) This section is subject to any other provision of this Act that states it applies to an excluded agreement.
