Plain English Summary

2/10 complexity

Section 3 removes civil liability for a State or local authority when the Cape Jaffa lighthouse platform is vested in it, for injury, loss or damage linked to a defect, failure to warn, or failure to take precautions. Section 2 defines the platform’s location and the authorities covered. The protection applies to those authorities under the stated condition; the text does not extend it to private owners generally.
