(1) Must be located on street furniture, street signs or buildings and structures, including the following—
(a) public seating,
(b) planter pots,
(c) garbage receptacles,
(d) safety fencing and barricades,
(e) public toilets and amenities,
(f) bus shelters.
(2) Must be carried out by or on behalf of the Council.
