(b) Lot 9, Section 1, DP 4784, 45 Quigg Street South,
(c) Lot 2, DP 324167, 47 Quigg Street South,
(d) Lot 1, DP 324167, 49 Quigg Street South,
(e) Lot 2, DP 307229 and Lot 11, Section 1, DP 4784, 51–53 Quigg Street South.
(2) Development for the purposes of a single residential flat building is permitted with development consent if the ground floor of the building will be used for the purposes of a single community facility.
