47 Use of land at 206–214 Lakemba Street, Lakemba

(1) This clause applies to the following land at Lakemba, identified as “APU 47” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) Lot A, DP 369191, Lot B, 369191, Lot 1, DP 9727 and Lot 2, DP 16610 206–210 Lakemba Street,

(b) Lot B, DP 356540, 212 Lakemba Street,

(c) Lot B, DP 359878, 212A Lakemba Street,

(d) Lot 1, DP 601048, 214 Lakemba Street.

(2) Development for the purposes of a single residential flat building is permitted with development consent if the ground floor of the building will be used for the purposes of a single registered club.
