(1) This clause applies to the following land at Lakemba, identified as “APU 44” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) Lot A, DP 312879, 57 Wangee Road,

(b) Lot 2, DP 177474, 59 Wangee Road,

(c) Lot 3, DP 311246, 61 Wangee Road,

(d) Lot 4, DP 117385, 63 Wangee Road.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) restaurants or cafes,

(b) takeaway food and drink premises.
