37 Use of certain land at Campsie and Clemton Park

(1) This clause applies to the following land, identified as “APU 37” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(c) SP 89762, 3 Sunbeam Street, Campsie,

(d) SP 87055, 6–8 Sunbeam Street, Campsie,

(e) Lot 2, DP 1177045, 26 Troy Street, Campsie

(f) SP 90693, 1 Victa Street, Campsie,

(g) SP 88983, 2–24 Victa Street, Campsie,

(h) Lot 31, DP 1170404, 1 Tedbury Street, Clemton Park.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) commercial premises,

(b) health services facilities,

(c) recreation facilities (indoor),

(d) seniors housing.
