36 Use of land in Zone E4 in APU 36
(1) This clause applies to land identified as “APU 36” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map that is in Zone E4.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) animal boarding or training establishments,
(b) landscaping material supplies,
(c) plant nurseries,
(d) recreation facilities (indoor),
(e) timber yards,
(f) veterinary hospitals,
(g) wholesale supplies.
