26 Use of land in Zone R3 in Area 2
(1) This clause applies to land identified as “Area 2” on the Clause Application Map that is in Zone R3.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) semi-detached dwellings,
(b) dual occupancies, if the floor space ratio of a resulting building does not exceed 0.5:1.
