22 Use of land in Zone R2 in Area 1
(1) This clause applies to land identified as “Area 1” on the Clause Application Map that is in Zone R2.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) boat sheds,
(b) jetties,
(c) water recreation structures.
