19 Use of certain land in Riverwood
(1) This clause applies to the following land at Riverwood, identified as “APU 19” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
(a) Lots 2 and 3, DP 1228475, 82 Kentucky Road,
(b) SP 90710, 11 Washington Avenue.
(2) Development for the purposes of restaurants or cafes is permitted with development consent if the gross floor area of the restaurant or cafe does not exceed 100m2.
