Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation repeals (cancels) two older sets of rules made under the Canned Fruits Export Control Act 1926–1953:

Canned Fruits Export Control (Staff) Regulations – covering employment conditions for staff administering the canned fruit export scheme (originally made between 1948 and 1953).
Canned Fruits Export Control (Fees and Expenses) Regulations – covering fees for services and expense claims (originally made between 1927 and 1953).

What this means: This is an administrative cleanup. It removes outdated delegated legislation. Any necessary rules about staff or fees would now be covered by general public service regulations, general export control provisions, or new regulations not shown here.
