#### 22 Evidence as to signs Unless the contrary is proved, evidence that a sign was erected, placed or displayed in an area declared under section 17, or in the vicinity of a work constructed or being constructed under this Act, is evidence that the sign was so erected, placed or displayed by the authority of the Executive under this Act.
