#### 21 Damaging etc. signs (1) A person shall not do an act that results in the removal, moving, defacing, damaging, obscuring or covering up of a sign erected, placed or displayed under section 17 or 19, or otherwise interfere with such a sign unless he or she is acting under the authority of the Executive. Penalty: 2 penalty units. (2) An offence under subsection (1) is an offence of strict liability. > Note: For strict liability, see section 6.1 of the Criminal Code.
