26 Use of certain land at 2 and 2C Cavell Avenue and 57–61 Blaxland Road, Rhodes

(1) This clause applies to the following land at Rhodes, identified as “APU 26” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—

(a) Lots 45–47, DP 5923, 2 and 2C Cavell Avenue,

(b) Lots 23–25, DP 5923, 57–61 Blaxland Road.

(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—

(a) health services facilities,

(b) office premises.
