(1) This clause applies to the following land at Five Dock, identified as “APU 24” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map—
(a) Lot 1, DP 172956, 7 Regatta Road,
(b) Lots 12 and 13, DP 826063, 15–17 Regatta Road.
(2) Development for the purposes of depots is permitted with development consent.
