(1) This clause applies to certain land fronting Raby Road, Leppington, being Lots 1000–1060, DP 1198247 zoned R2 Low Density Residential and identified as Clause 15A on sheet 016 of the Additional Permitted Uses Map.

(2) Development for the purposes of exhibition homes is permitted with development consent.
