New South Wales act
This Act authorises the Registrar‑General to register a 1917 transfer of a specific parcel of land (A319599) from the Public Trustee to the municipality of Cabramatta and Canley Vale and to issue a fee‑simple certificate of title. It requires the council to hold that land as a public park for recreation and gives the council the same powers and duties it would have if the land had been proclaimed a reserve under the Local Government Act 1919, shifting operational responsibility and compliance obligations to the council.
