19 Times for filing and service of pleadings
Where a proceeding commenced by application supported by statement of claim continues on pleadings after the directions hearing, or at the directions hearing it is ordered that the proceeding continue on pleadings, the times for filing and serving pleadings must, unless the Court otherwise directs, be in accordance with rules 20 to 23 of this Order.
