Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation fixes pay and allowances for the Director of the Australian War Memorial as a fallback when the Remuneration Tribunal has not made a determination. It requires the Director to be paid equivalent to a Level 2, Second Division Australian Public Service officer. It affects the Director and the Commonwealth and ensures the role can be lawfully paid without a Tribunal decision.
