Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This document appears to be an incomplete extract of the Northern Territory Legislative Council (Fees, Allowances and Expenses) Regulations made in 1977.

The provided text contains only:

The formal preamble (authorisation by the Governor-General under the Northern Territory (Administration) Act 1910)
A repeal provision that revokes six earlier versions of these regulations (from 1963, 1964, 1965, 1966, 1969, and 1973)

What is missing: The substantive provisions that would normally specify the actual amounts payable to Legislative Council members—including sessional fees, daily allowances, travel expenses, and other entitlements. Without the schedules or operative clauses, it is impossible to determine what financial entitlements this instrument actually established or amended.
