Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This is a minor administrative update to the paperwork required for importing movies (cinematograph films) into Australia.

What it does:

Fixes a rule number: Updates a reference on customs forms from "Regulation 4" to "Regulation 14", ensuring the forms point to the correct current rule.
Removes "feet": Changes the form field asking for "Total length of film in feet:" to simply "Total length of film:", likely allowing metric measurements (metres) or accommodating different film formats without specifying the unit.

Who it affects: Businesses or individuals importing commercial films into Australia who must complete Customs Form 1.

Why it matters: This is straightforward housekeeping. It prevents confusion from outdated rule references and makes the form flexible enough to accept measurements in either imperial or metric units, reflecting Australia's gradual metrication during the 1970s.
