Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

What it does: These regulations repeal (cancel) the earlier Dried Fruits Export Control (Banking) Regulations.

Who it affects: Dried fruit exporters and industry bodies previously subject to the old banking rules under the export control regime.

Why it matters: This removes specific banking regulations that applied to the dried fruits export industry. It likely reflects changes in how export banking was managed—either because the industry no longer needed these specific rules, or because general commercial or regulatory arrangements replaced them.
