Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This regulation cancels (repeals) World War II-era emergency rules that controlled the conservation and supply of animal feed (known as fodder).

What it does:

Removes the National Security (Fodder Conservation) Regulations originally made in 1941 and later amended in 1942 and 1943
Ends government powers to regulate how farmers stored, conserved, or distributed animal feed during the war

Who it affects: Farmers and graziers who were previously required to follow these wartime fodder conservation directions.

Why it matters: This winds back emergency economic controls imposed during WWII, returning decisions about livestock feed management from government regulators back to individual property owners.
