Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This amendment makes three housekeeping changes to the rules about electing board members for dairy export control:

Department update: It changes which government department manages these elections from "Customs" to the "Department of Markets and Migration" (which also means the Minister for Markets and Migration is now officially defined as "the Minister" for these rules).
Clarifying numbers: It fixes the headings in two regulations to specify exactly how many representatives are being elected:
- Regulation 23 now clearly refers to the "Election of two Representatives" (instead of just "Election of Representatives")
- Regulation 24 now clearly refers to the "Election of one Representative"

These changes make it clearer which government official oversees the process and exactly how many board members are being chosen in different election categories.
