Plain English Summary

1/10 complexity

This is a short 1926 statutory instrument that cancels (repeals) the Defence Retirement Regulations from 1922. Essentially, it wipes the slate clean by removing the old retirement rules that applied to Australian defence personnel. The document does not appear to contain any new replacement rules in the text provided—it simply deletes the previous regulations made under the Defence Act 1903-1918.
