Temporary community facilities in Byron Bay

(1) This clause applies to Lot 452, DP 48493, Lighthouse Road, Byron Bay.

(2) Must include no more than 2 buildings.

(3) Must not have a gross floor area of more than 85m2.

(4) An evacuation diagram with the following information must be displayed in each building—

(a) directions to evacuate the site,

(b) contact details for emergency services, including for a bush fire, flood or other natural disaster.

(5) Must conform to the specifications and requirements of Planning for Bush Fire Protection, ISBN 978 0 646 99126 9, dated 9 November 2019.

(6) Must not remain on the land after 28 February 2025.
