(1) This clause applies to certain land in Byron Bay, identified as “Area K” on the Additional Permitted Uses Map.
(2) Development for the following purposes is permitted with development consent—
(a) business premises,
(b) health services facilities,
(c) office premises,
(d) passenger transport facilities,
(e) recreation areas.
