98 When inquiries may be conducted (1) An inquiry may be conducted in respect of an application if: (a) the retail tenancy claim has not been settled between the parties at or after a conference; or (b) a conference was cancelled by the Commissioner under section 88A(1). (2) An inquiry is not to be conducted in respect of an application relating to a monetary claim if the value of the claim exceeds 15 000 monetary units.
