87 Application fees (1) The Minister may, by Gazette notice, prescribe the fees payable under this Act in relation to an application. (2) The Commissioner may waive a fee payable under this Act in relation to an application and, if a fee is so waived, the person to whom the waiver relates is not required to pay the fee.
