34 Rent and other costs associated with other land not recoverable from tenant the tenant to pay an amount in respect of rent, and other costs, associated with unrelated land. Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003 29 (2) In this section: unrelated land means land other than: (a) land on which is situated the building or retail shopping centre of which the retail shop forms part; or (b) land of the landlord used by or for the benefit of the tenants: (i) conducting business in that building or retail shopping centre; or (ii) in connection with trading in that building or retail shopping centre.
