135 Service of notices Unless otherwise provided by or under this Act, a notice required by or under this Act to be given to a person may be delivered personally to the person or sent by post addressed: (a) if the person is an individual – to the person's last-known place of business or residence; or (b) if the person is a body corporate: (i) that is a company as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 – by serving a document in accordance with section 109X of that Act; or (ii) that is a registered body as defined in section 9 of the Corporations Act 2001 – by serving a document in accordance with section 601CX of that Act.
