120 Notice of appeal to be given to Commissioner (1) If the Local Court receives a notice of appeal under this Part, a copy of the notice is to be sent to the Commissioner by a registrar of the Local Court. (2) If the Commissioner receives a copy of a notice of appeal under this Part, the person who made the order must provide to the Local Court all information in his or her possession relating to the retail tenancy order other than matters to which section 96 relates.
