115Contempt

115 Contempt (1) A person must not: (a) during proceedings, insult the conciliator or Hearing Commissioner; or (b) interrupt proceedings; or (c) create a disturbance, or take part in creating or continuing a disturbance, in or near a place where proceedings are being conducted. (2) If a person has, in the opinion of the conciliator or Hearing Commissioner, committed an offence against this section during proceedings, the conciliator or Hearing Commissioner may eject the person from the proceedings. Business Tenancies (Fair Dealings) Act 2003 71 (3) A person ejected from proceedings under subsection (2) must not return to the proceedings from which he or she was ejected.
