94 Review by NTCAT
(1) NTCAT has jurisdiction to review a decision of the executive
director to serve a firebreak notice or a flammable material notice
on a person under section 92(4).
(2) The person on whom the notice is served may apply to NTCAT for
review of the decision.
(3) An application under subsection (2) must be made within 7 days
after the day on which the notice is served on the person.
(4) On an application for review under this section, NTCAT must, by
order:
(a) confirm the notice; or
(b) vary the terms of the notice; or
(c) set aside the notice.
(5) In making an order under subsection (4)(a) or (b), NTCAT must
specify the time within which the act specified in the notice, as
confirmed or varied, is to be completed by the applicant.
