71 Application
(1) Subject to subsection (2), this Division applies to land:
(a) within a fire protection zone; or
(b) within a fire danger area during a fire danger period.
(2) The Minister may, by public notice, declare that the provisions of
this Division specified in the notice do not apply to land in a
specified fire protection zone.
(3) On a declaration being made under subsection (2), the provisions
specified in the declaration do not apply to the land during the
period specified in the notice.
