51 Authorised bushfire volunteers
(1) The executive director may, by written notice, appoint a person who
is over the age of 16 years to be an authorised bushfire volunteer
for a period specified in the notice.
(2) A person appointed to be an authorised bushfire volunteer is
eligible for reappointment.
