32 Regional bushfires committees
(1) A regional bushfires committee is established for each fire
management zone.
(2) A regional bushfires committee:
(a) represents the Territory; and
(b) enjoys the privileges, rights or immunities of the Crown in right
of the Territory; and
(c) is within the shield of the Crown in right of the Territory.
