21 Bushfires Council
(1) The Bushfires Council is established.
(2) The Bushfires Council:
(a) represents the Territory; and
(b) enjoys the privileges, rights or immunities of the Crown in right
of the Territory; and
(c) is within the shield of the Crown in right of the Territory.
22 Function
The function of the Council is to advise the Minister on measures to
be taken to mitigate, manage and suppress bushfires in the
Territory.
