113 Reviews not requested before commencement (1) This section applies to a person if, immediately before the commencement, the person: (a) was entitled to make a request under section 94 of the former Act for the Minister to review the terms of a firebreak notice or flammable material notice served on the person; and (b) had not yet made a request for review of the notice. (2) The person may request the Minister to review the terms of the notice under section 94 of the former Act, as if Part 5 of the amending Act had not commenced. (3) The Minister must determine the person's request in accordance with section 94 of the former Act, as if Part 5 of the amending Act had not commenced. (4) Section 95 of the former Act continues to apply after the commencement in relation to the Minister's decision on the person's request.
