104 Service of notices A notice required or permitted by this Act to be served on, or given to, a person may be so served or given: (a) by handing it or tendering it to that person; or (b) by post; or (c) by leaving it with a person apparently over the age of 16 years at the last known or usual place of residence or business of the person on whom it is to be served or to whom it is to be given; or (d) if the address of the person on whom it is to be served or to whom it is to be given is not known – by publishing the notice in the Gazette.
