73 Infringement offences
For the purposes of section 94 of the Act –
(a) an offence against a provision specified in column 2 of the table in Schedule 2 is prescribed as an infringement notice offence; and
(b) the penalty specified in column 3 of the table in Schedule 2 is prescribed as the penalty payable in respect of an individual for the relevant offence specified in column 2 of that table; and
(c) the penalty specified in column 4 of the table in Schedule 2 is prescribed as the penalty payable in respect of a body corporate for the relevant offence specified in column 2 of that table.
