53 Certain churches to be cemeteries under Act
For the purposes of paragraph (a)(ii) of the definition of cemetery in section 3(1) of the Act, the following churches are prescribed as a cemetery:
(a) St Mary’s Church, located at 65 Church Lane in Hagley;
(b) St John the Baptist Church, located at Bridge Hotel Road in Ouse.
