36 Closing grave after interment
A cemetery manager must ensure that –
(a) an open grave is closed as soon as practicable after the interment; and
(b) once an open grave has been closed, it is secured against unauthorised access at all times.
Penalty: Fine not exceeding 10 penalty units.
