17 Transportation of human remains to regulated business
(1) If a manager is informed that human remains are ready to be transported to a regulated business, the manager is to arrange that transportation –
(a) within 8 hours after receiving that information; or
(b) as soon as practicable.
(2) Subregulation (1) does not apply if human remains are being stored in accordance with regulation 20 .
