92 Exhumation outside cemetery (1) A person may exhume the human remains of a deceased person from a location outside a cemetery and relocate the human remains to another place in or outside the Territory in accordance with this Division. (2) An exhumation outside a cemetery includes the exhumation of human remains in: (a) a burial ground; or (b) an undeclared area; or (c) a suspended cemetery.
